NotiFly is a minimalist, production-grade birthday reminder application. It helps you keep track of birthdays with surgical precision, offering smart sorting, automated notifications, and AI-powered gift suggestions.

Is my data safe? Do you store my birthdays on your servers?
Your data is 100% yours. NotiFly follows an "offline-first" philosophy and has no backend servers. All your birthday records are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal information or your birthday lists.

How does the AI Gift Finder work?
The app uses a secure "AI Engine" (powered by Gemini 1.5 Flash) to generate personalized gift ideas based on the person’s age, gender, relationship to you, and your budget. This process is handled via a private worker, and no personal data is permanently stored during this request.

Can I backup my birthdays so I don’t lose them?
Yes. You can securely backup your data to your private Google Drive. We use a hidden "App Data" folder that only NotiFly can access. Before your data leaves your phone, it is encrypted using high-security AES-256-GCM encryption, meaning not even Google can read your birthday list.

Can I import birthdays from my phone’s contacts?
Absolutely. NotiFly features a "Smart Sync" engine that allows you to instantly import birthdays from your device’s Contacts and Calendar, saving you the hassle of manual entry.

What happens if I accidentally delete a birthday?
Don’t worry! NotiFly includes a 6-second "Safety Window." Whenever you delete a record, an undo option appears at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to instantly restore it.

Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes. All core features, including viewing, adding, and receiving notifications for birthdays, work perfectly offline. You only need an internet connection for AI gift suggestions and Google Drive backups.

Why does the app ask for "Exact Alarm" permissions?
To ensure your reminders are delivered exactly when you want them. This permission allows the app to trigger notifications with surgical timing, even if your phone is in power-saving mode.

What happens if I sign out of my Google account?
If you sign out, the app immediately clears your profile details (name and photo) from the interface. Your local birthdays remain on your device, but you will need to sign back in to access your Google Drive backups.

Can I export my data to another device manually?
Yes. NotiFly supports "Data Portability." You can export your entire birthday database as a JSON file and import it manually on any other device running the app.

Is there an iOS version available?
Currently, NotiFly is exclusively available for Android via Google Play. We are focusing our development efforts on providing the highest performance and surgical precision for Android users.
