By using NotiFly, you agree to these Terms. NotiFly is a zero-backend application, meaning we do not maintain central servers or user accounts. You are the sole owner and custodian of your data.

The app provides optional integration with Google Sign-In and Google Drive. By using these features:

• You authorize the app to access its own private 'AppData' folder on your Google Drive.
• You acknowledge that backups are encrypted locally before transmission.
• You are responsible for managing your Google Account security and permissions.

NotiFly provides birthday organization, smart reminders, and AI-driven gift suggestions. These services are provided 'as is' and rely on your device's local system for notification delivery.

Gift recommendations are generated by AI (Google Gemini). These are suggestions only and we do not guarantee product availability, quality, or accuracy of the AI's output.

Since NotiFly has no backend, we cannot recover your data if you lose your device and do not have a Google Drive backup. You are responsible for ensuring your device security and maintaining your own backups.

NotiFly is provided without warranties of any kind. While we aim for surgical precision, reminder delivery can be affected by device-specific battery optimizations or system constraints.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
