By downloading, installing, or using NotiFly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RameshXT, governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

NotiFly is a minimalist birthday reminder application designed to help you organize and track birthdays. Key features include proximity-based sorting, category management, AI-driven gift suggestions, and data portability through manual backups.

The AI Gift Finder feature utilizes Google Gemini 1.5 Flash (via Cloudflare Workers) to generate personalized gift recommendations. Please note:

• Suggestions are generated by AI and do not constitute professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the availability, price, or quality of suggested products.
• Product suggestions may vary based on your local context and shopping environment.

NotiFly requires specific permissions to deliver a seamless experience. We only request what is strictly necessary:

• Notifications & Exact Alarms: To ensure you receive reminders at precisely the right time.
• Contacts & Calendar: To allow you to import birthday data directly from your device.
• Boot Completed: To re-schedule your reminders automatically after your device restarts.
• Storage/Media: To save and share generated birthday wish cards.

NotiFly operates on an offline-first model. We do not maintain user accounts or central databases. Your data stays on your device.

• Data Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining your device's security and your own data backups.
• Cloud Usage: Only non-identifying parameters are sent to external AI workers for the Gift Finder feature.
• No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics or behavioral tracking.

As a user of NotiFly, you agree to use the application responsibly and in compliance with local laws. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter (names, birthdates) does not violate the privacy of others.

NotiFly is provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for surgical precision and reliability, we do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that reminders will always trigger as expected due to device-specific battery optimizations or system constraints.

In no event shall RameshXT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to missed celebrations or data loss.
